The Bloomington Human Rights Commission is proud to host an interactive civic workshop exploring how rights in the United States can be limited, shaped, and reimagined through real-world conditions. The Civic Thread Project creates hands-on civic learning experiences that bring people together to explore democracy as a living system - one that must be practiced, challenged, and renewed.
