Notice of Public Hearing to consider adoption of an ordinance to vacate public drainage and utility easements at 1000 and 1050 West 94th Street

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as allowed by state law, to consider adoption of an ordinance relating to the vacation of:  V2026-784

That part of the 10.00 foot wide drainage and utility easement as dedicated in the plat of WHITNEY ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The centerline of said easement is described as the common line between Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, WHITNEY ADDITION, except the north 5.00 feet and the south 10.00 feet of said Lots 1 and 2. 

Purpose of Vacation: Clear title for the combination of the properties.

Applicant:  Kwik Trip, Inc.

Include the item number and title listed on the agenda. Include your name, phone number, and address when leaving a voicemail or email. Please indicate if you also plan to attend in person or call in during the meeting to provide live testimony.
