The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as allowed by State law, to consider adoption of an ordinance modifying “Ordinance No. 2024-27: An Ordinance modifying Ordinance No. 2023-18 relating to the vacation of that part of the right-of-way to Lindau Lane (formerly known as East 81st Street) as dedicated in the plats of Airport South Addition, Mall of America, Mall of America 5th Addition, and Mall of America 8th Addition” to amend the terms of the effective date of the vacation and make related amendments.
