18-hole, Par 68 (Men) and 70 (Women) golf course

Since 2011, Dwan Golf Course has been an Audubon International Certified Cooperative Sanctuary for Golf.  The Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf is an award winning education and certification program that helps golf courses protect the environment and preserve the natural heritage of the game.

By helping enhance the valuable natural areas and wildlife habitats that golf courses provide, improve efficiency, and minimize potentially harmful impacts of golf course operations, the program serves an important environmental role worldwide.

Audubon International has developed Standard Environmental Management Practices that are generally applicable to all golf courses. These standards form the basis for ACSP for Golf certification guidelines.

Cancellation Policy: All payment options are subject to Dwan’s cancellation policy. Credit card will be charged for entire group unless reservation is canceled or changed at least 4 hours before tee time. Cancellations within 4 hours of tee time may be allowed due to weather related conditions, but guests must call the Dwan golf shop at 952-563-8702 to cancel.

Dwan Patron Senior Punch Pack

• Seniors age 62+ can pay in advance for ten 18-hole rounds, and receive two free!
• Must be a current Dwan Patron Card holder to purchase Senior Punch Pack.
• Punch Pack rounds can be shared with other Dwan Patron Card holders age 62+.
• $350.

Dwan Junior Pass 

• Players age 17 and under (at time of purchase) can play unlimited golf at Dwan Golf Course.
• Minimum age to play at Dwan is 6 years old. Juniors age 6-11 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Unaccompanied minimum age is 12. 
• Junior Pass holders may not reserve or operate a motor cart. Minimum age to do so is 18.  
• $379 per player, per season.

General Rules

• Only players with valid receipt and their own set of golf clubs allowed on course. 
• No additional unpaid holes allowed.
• Maximum of four paid players allowed per tee time.
• Paid nonplaying accompanied guests permitted with restrictions.
• Unpaid spectators, caddies, ride-alongs or walk-alongs not permitted. 
• Starters will pair up twosomes and fill foursomes with singles when available. 
• No smoking or outside food/beverage allowed on premises.
• No practicing on course. Players must play only one ball. 
• Shirts and proper shoes must be worn on course property.
• No starting from the 10th tee without permission from the starter.
• Minimum age to play at Dwan is 6. 
  • Juniors age 6-11 must be accompanied by a paid adult. 
  • Unaccompanied minimum age is 12

Cart Rules

• Maximum of two motor carts per foursome. 
• Single cart riders must pair up when applicable. 
• No more than two players and two sets of clubs on motor carts. 
• Keep all motor and push carts off of tees and greens. 
• Must be at least 18 years old to rent and operate a motor cart. 
• No private transportation vehicles of any kind allowed on course except push carts. 
• Players are responsible for damage to motor carts. 

Etiquette and Courtesy

• Rangers will enforce prompt pace of play.
  • Players/groups are expected to complete 9 holes in two hours or less, and 18 holes in four hours or less.
  • Slow players/groups may be asked to skip a hole to maintain proper pace of play.
• Please replace divots, fix ball marks and rake bunkers. 
• Ranger and management will enforce the above rules.
• Violators subject to loss of playing privileges. 

Cancellations/No-Shows

All payment options are subject to Dwan’s cancellation policy.

To avoid no-show fees, all reservations must be canceled (or changed if reducing number of players) by phone no less than four (4) hours before your tee time. If you fail to cancel your tee time or arrive with fewer players than reserved, your credit card on file will be charged full green fees for all no-shows. 

Cancellations within 4 hours of tee time may be allowed due to weather related conditions, but guests must call the Dwan golf shop at 952-563-8702 to cancel.

Dwan Rain Check Policy

• 18-Hole Rain Checks issued to players with 18-hole tee times who did not complete 5th hole (#14 if starting on back 9).
• PLUS 9 Rain Check issued to players with 18-hole tee times who did not complete their 13th hole (#4 if starting on back 9). 
  • Plus 9 rain check redeemable only with paid 9-hole round.
• 9-Hole Rain Check issued to players with 9-hole tee times who did not complete their 5th hole (#14 if starting on back 9).
• 9-Hole Rounds are considered complete upon finishing 5th hole (#14 if starting on back 9). 
• 18-hole rounds are considered complete upon finishing 13th hole (#4 if starting on back 9).
• Only redeemable for item marked on front of raincheck slip (see image below). 
• No partial use.
• Not redeemable for cash. 
• Expires one year from date of issue. 
• NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

Patron Card Holders may book up to 10 days in advance. Public players may book up to 7 days in advance. 

Book one of three ways

1. Online with credit card pre-payment for entire group at time of booking.
   • Use the Book a Tee Time widget below
2. By phone or in-person with credit card required to hold the reservation.
   • This option allows for individual members of the group to pay upon arrival.
   • Credit card is preferred form of payment. 
   • Per cancellation policy (see below), credit card will be charged for all players on the reservation if it is not changed or canceled at least 4 hours in advance.
3. By phone or in-person with credit card pre-payment for entire group at time of booking. This option allows booking without saving a credit card on file.
