Download the Polco app for Android and iOS, or create an account at polco.us/bloomingtonmn.
Registering for an account ensures that you receive notifications letting you know when the City has posted new questions for your input. This service is free to all residents.
Data privacy
Your data and responses remain private. Individual data that’s collected by Polco will not be shared. Participant’s individual input and comments are anonymous.
