Bloomington renters and homeowners in single- to four-unit housing enrolled in the Energy Assistance Program are eligible for free weatherization assistance. Weatherization assistance may include installing insulation, reducing air leaks, performing heating tune-ups and modifications and replacing appliances for energy efficiency and safety.
