The City, in partnership with the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), offers rebates for businesses making energy-efficiency improvements. Rebates can cover 20% of project costs up to $5,000 for HVAC projects. Refrigeration and lighting projects are capped at $2,500. City rebates can be combined with other utility incentives. City permits and inspections are required.

Schedule a free energy assessment with CEE’s One-Stop Efficiency Shop.
Receive a report with recommendations, estimated savings and rebate opportunities.
A consultant will guide you through the project.
CEE handles all rebate paperwork.
Projects must be completed by October 30.
Rebates are first come, first served.
