In support of small businesses, Bloomington is collaborating with Hennepin County to offer a new program called CEO Start.

Powered by CO.STARTERS, a nationally recognized small business support program, CEO Start offers anyone in Hennepin County with a great business idea a framework for testing and validating their idea so they can build a viable business.

Participants will join 10 – 15 entrepreneurs to work through the CO.STARTERS program. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants will closely examine their ideas with peers, through industry research, facilitated discussions and interviews with potential customers.

At the end of the program, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to create a sustainable venture, articulate their models and repeat the process with their next great idea.

The program will be held in Bloomington from January 30 through April 2, 2024. Applications will be accepted until December 1, 2023. Priority consideration will be given to business owners who apply by November 15. Spots are limited and are filling quickly, so learn more or apply today at blm.mn/ceo.
