Construction is scheduled from December 11, 2023 – February 12, 2024 in the Community Development Department at Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road. There will be limited staff available on-site. To reduce foot traffic, the City encourages residents to reach out by phone, email or virtual meetings for any inquiries during this time. The Community Development Department is comprised of the following divisions: Assessing, Building & Inspection, Environmental Health, Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), Planning and the Port Authority.
