Personal Safety & Self Defense for Men, Women and Teens

This three-session class at Creekside Community Center will teach you essential self-defense skills. 

This series is taught by expert instructor Brent Fox and includes a blend of safety education and physical skills using a padded suit for safe and effective learning. 

• Bonus pepper spray lesson included.
• Open discussion of all topics is encouraged. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• $90 Residents / $110 Nonresidents
• Open to anyone ages 14 and above. 
  • Participants ages 14 - 17 must enroll with a parent or guardian.
• Registration signs you up for all three dates (May 18, 25 and June 1).
  • There is no one-day drop-in option. 
• Registration deadline is May 16.
