The business must be located within the City of Bloomington. Preference will be given to businesses within targeted commercial nodes (American Blvd and Portland Ave, 98th St and Nicollet Ave, Old Cedar Ave and Old Shakopee Rd, Countryside Center, 90th St and Penn Ave, etc.).

Business owners may only apply once per fiscal year. Please confirm you have not applied for credit on another property within the City of Bloomington within the last 12 months.
