One-on-One Tech Assistance (50+)

Do you need help sending a text to your kids, checking your lab results on your tablet or figuring out an error message on your computer? We have the solution! Sign up for a 45-minute, one-on-one appointment with a Technology Coach. 

Whether you're troubleshooting a problem or learning how to complete everyday tasks on your phone, tablet, computer or other device, our coaches are here to provide patient, personalized assistance.

• For adults 50 years of age and above.
• Free.
• Registration required online at Webtrac. 
  • Each session will offer four 45-minute appointments:
    • 8:30 - 9:15 a.m.
    • 9:15 - 10 a.m.
    • 10 - 10:45 a.m.
    • 10:45 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Participants may register for only one appointment each month.
