Lift Station No. 26 Valve Structure Project

Bush Lake Lift Station #26 Project

An underground wastewater pumping station located at 9701 W. Bush Lake Rd. at the south end of Bush Lake is to be upgraded with the installation of a new underground valve structure and discharge pipe. This work is required to reduce breakdowns at the station and to improve operability, safety and reliability. No interruption of service is expected for any properties served by the station.

Project Dates & Route

The work is currently planned to start in July and be completed by the end of August. Because some street excavation will be required to install the new structure and piping, some traffic diversion will be needed to perform the work. Closure of the westbound turn lane on West Bush Lake Rd at the Lindstrom intersection will direct traffic to the 90 degree intersection of Lindstrom Drive and Bush Lake to make the turn to West Bush Lake Rd.
