Pop-Up Naturalist: Animal Costumes and Camouflage

When

  • Saturday, October 31, 2020 - 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Animals are covered in all sorts of ‘costumes’ to help them hide, show off and more.

Search for camouflaged animals in the park and look at real animal artifacts to see some examples of how different animals can use their coverings to help them survive.

Optional: Show off and compare your own costume to real animal survival strategies.

This free outdoor program is geared toward families and adults. It is presented as a part of Project P.L.A.Y. and will occur weather permitting and with proper physical distancing and other safety measures in place. In the event of weather cancellation, notice will be provided here and on the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Facebook Page
