Whether you’re buying or selling items online, deciding on a safe place to do your transaction can be a challenge. The Bloomington Police Department has a safe swap spot in the Civic Plaza parking lot, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road.

It’s a labeled parking spot where residents can conduct transactions in a public place that is under video surveillance. The swap spot is near the Police entrance by the sign pictured above. You can also conduct an exchange in the BPD lobby during office hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
