The Bloomington Police Department’s Santa Cop program began in 2020 to bring presents and holiday cheer to Bloomington families in need.

“During that time, we determined that several families in our community were unable to provide Christmas gifts for their children,” Crime Prevention Specialist Katie Zerull said. “Working together we can be certain this holiday season will bring cheer and happiness to kids in need.”

The success of the Santa Cop Program is only possible due to the generous support of the community. Donations will stay in your community and help create a memorable holiday season for local children and families.

Residents, businesses and organizations are welcome to donate new, unwrapped toys or gifts as well as monetary donations through December 16, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., in the lobby of the Bloomington Police Department, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road.
