Naturalist Program: Smith Park Eco-Explorers

Learn all about the prairie restoration going on at Smith Park with Natural Resources Specialist Wade and Naturalist Jennan.

Make seed bombs, walk the trails of restored prairie and help collect trash. Let’s make Smith Park beautiful! 

This is a free, all-ages, open house-style event. Arrive when you want, stay as long as you like and leave when you’re ready. No registration required. 

• Meet by the west park shelter.  
• If driving, park in the west parking lot located near the shelter and challenge course playground. 
  • Please do not park in Dar Al-Farooq Islamic Center lot for this program.
