The water fill station is located in the front of building #7. The main public works building is #6.

The City of Bloomington Utilities Division is pleased to announce the completion of a bulk water fill station for the convenience of contractors to fill their bulk water tanks.

If you wish to utilize the station, please call 952-563-8777 to set up an account. There is no charge for establishing an account. You will be billed $9.10/1,000 gallons ($9.10 minimum) when you utilize the station.

The station is located at the Public Works Warehouse, 1700 West 98th Street, building #7, on the south side of the building.

This section is for the contact information for the person who will be picking up the cards when they are done being processed. 

There is no charge for establishing an account. You will be billed $9.10/1,000 gallons ($9.10 minimum) when you utilize the station. Bills will be sent to the billing address provided on the second page of this application.

Please allow 1-3 business days after we have received this request for processing. You will receive a call/email from us when your order is done.

Please select how many cards you would like us to get made. These are scannable cards for our station. Each card is $15 and payment will be collected upon pickup. 
Terms and Conditions
Billing occurs quarterly. After the invoices are sent out, the customers will have 30 days to pay said invoice. After this time period has elapsed, customers who haven't paid will be sent a revised statement included a 10% penalty. Accounts that have not been paid within 6 days will not be allowed to obtain water until the balance is paid. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. If you request any cards but have not picked them up by the end of the quarter we will add it to your balance to be paid. If you lose/damage your card, the replacement cost is $25.00. By signing this form, you agree to the terms and conditions.
