About The National Citizen Survey™
The National Citizen Survey™, conducted by the National Research Center of Boulder, Colorado, is among the first scientific surveys developed to gather resident opinion on a range of community issues, and has been used in more than 350 jurisdictions across 46 states.
The survey is a cost-effective way to measure resident opinion and sentiment and to compare results from year to year and from community to community. Communities using the survey have reported that the tool has helped them improve service delivery, strengthen communications with community stakeholders and identify clear priorities for strategic planning and budget-setting activities.
The National Citizen Survey™ is the only citizen survey endorsed by the International City/County Management Association and the National League of Cities.
