Pipeline and constructed multi-family residential projects

The HRA, Port Authority, and City of Bloomington work with developers on new multi-family developments in the City.  The map below displays the location of the multi-family residential projects in the City over the past five years.  Click on the id number in the map and an information box will display for each project displaying: name, address, number of units, affordable units, and status of development.
