The City of Bloomington expects all employees to conduct themselves in a respectful, ethical and professional manner at all times and in all aspects of their job duties.
Please use this form to report misconduct committed by a City of Bloomington employee or employees. You can also use the form to submit general comments about our employees, and to offer any compliments you'd like to share.
