HRBEK FIELD RENOVATIONS – DRAINAGE & GRADING

The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday October 03, 2023, 2021 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:
Removal of Excess Infield Material, All existing aglime surfaces shall be brought to the correct elevations All infield and outfield final grading shall be completed using a Total Station Machine Controlled grading system, Infield sod shall be installed to replace all turf that was removed to meet specific slope specifications for each field, All final grades shall be given to the City of Bloomington for future maintenance infield grading once the project is completed.
