BANKING SERVICES AND FINANCIAL CUSTODY SERVICES

The City of Bloomington, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Bloomington (the “HRA”), and the Port Authority of the City of Bloomington (the “Port” or “Port Authority”) are seeking proposals from qualified banks (banks, trust companies or national banking associations) located and/or authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, to provide banking and investment custody services.
