Notice of Public Hearing: Rezoning, Prelim/Final Dev. Plan, Prelim/Final Plat, Platting Variance, CUP for a Technology Campus (Applicant has requested continuance to 5/21)

Notice is hereby given that the Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2020, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers Room at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, to consider the following matter: Applicant:  SICK (user) and City of Bloomington (owner),  Case # PL2020-8, rezone 2501 and 2701 American Boulevard East and 2600 Lindau Lane from LX Lindau Mixed Use to LX(PD) Lindau Mixed Use (Planned Development); Preliminary Development Plans for a multi-phase Technology Campus at 2501, 2601, and 2701 American Boulevard East and 2600 Lindau Lane, Final Development Plans for Phase 1 of the Technology Campus; Preliminary and Final Plat to adjust property boundaries; Platting Variance to defer park dedication for future development phases; and a Conditional Use Permit for a Technology Campus.
