Notice is hereby given that the Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2020, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers Room at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, to consider the following matter: Applicant: Linda Lange, Case # PL2020-31, variances to reduce the side yard setback from 10 feet to 9.4 feet and to increase the building height along a side yard from 24 feet to 26 feet for a home addition located at 9125 Kell Avenue.
