Engage your body and mind through simple stretches and gentle yoga postures in this new class, Stretch, Relax, Meditate. Begin each class with a centering exercise to draw yourselves into the present moment. As your body finds a sense of ease, your mind will begin to calm, inviting space for relaxing the mind, helping to create a sense of well-being. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
Cost is $20 for Bloomington residents and $28 for non-residents.
