Stretch, Relax, Meditate


  • Tuesdays, January 21 - February 25, 10-11 am

Engage your body and mind through simple stretches and gentle yoga postures in this popular class. Begin each class with a centering exercise to draw yourselves into the present moment. As your body finds a sense of ease, your mind will begin to calm, inviting space for relaxing the mind, helping to create a sense of well-being. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Cost is $36 for Bloomington residents and $48 for non-residents.
