Join Mickey Schuenke, who is certified in fitness nutrition in this 6-week educational course designed to help participants understand how the foods we eat impact our health and wellness.
We will discuss the importance of including protein, fats,and carbohydrates in our daily diets.
In addition, we will cover portion control, reading labels, processed food versus natural food, metabolism, and inflammation. Participants will fill out an assessment in the first class which will be reviewed with the instructor during your individual consultation.
