Six great organizations have joined together to present an outstanding season of performing art activities you won’t want to miss.

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Bloomington Center for the Arts office.

  • Saturday, September 21, 2019 - 7:00pm

    Bobby Van Deusen has played many shows with the Barbary Coast Band. And now he's back with his own fabulous show accompanied by Barbary Coast alums Steve Pikal on bass and Tom Andrews on drums.  It's a high-energy show you won't want to miss!

    Manny Laureano and the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra perform Beethoven’s Fourth Concerto with Claire Longendyke, and Anton Bruckner’s Powerful Fourth Symphony.

    Join us for Tchaikovsky’s timeless tale of Clara’s voyage to the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. A holiday classic!  November 30 and December 7 at 7:30 p.m., and December 1 and 8 at 3 p.m. at Schneider Theater at Bloomington Center for the Arts.

    Singing holiday music will warm your heart and brighten your season!  Sleigh Ride, Winter Wonderland, I’ll Be Home for Christmas, Hallelujah Chorus and more!

    New this year, Medalist is offering two unique holiday programs: a 1 p.m. family-oriented concert and a 4 p.m. concert of traditional and classical works.

    Fill your holiday season with musical merriment as Monroe Crossing dazzles you with an electrifying blend of bluegrass, gospel, and heartfelt originals.

    Angelica Cantanti Youth Choirs (ACYC) takes you on a magical journey directly to New York’s 42nd Street!  Join ACYC at the Schneider Theater at Bloomington Center for the Arts for a fun and exciting annual concert in support of the scholarship fund in honor of longtime Director Rita Docter.

  • Sunday, March 1, 2020 - 4:00pm

    The Medalist Concert Band explores the full range of marches from patriotic favorites to concert and symphonic works by some of history's foremost composers.

    Vanishing Point, by Rob Hartmann, is a musical comedy-fantasy that brings three women together as they solve the mystery of their disappearances from their own lives.

    Don't miss Continental Ballet Company's presentation of Swan Lake, one of the most beloved of classical ballets.  Swan Lake features the enchanting all white second act and brilliant character dances in the third.

    AL!VE AND K!CK!N's Coming of Age is a musical journey that SMASHES stereotypes around aging. It honors & celebrates Seniors' Golden Years with stories and songs that redefine what it means to age.
