Aqua Exercise is a great, low-impact option for building cardiovascular fitness
Take advantage of the natural resistance of the water to improve your strength in an upbeat, fun, judgment-free environment.
It's also a terrific way to get exercise and beat the heat this summer!
- Wednesdays, 7:10 - 8:10 p.m. and Sundays* 6:10 - 7:10 p.m.
- Registration not required
- Pay regular twilight admission ($5) or use your current season pass.
- Must be age 14+.
* No class Sunday, July 7 and 14
