Is the property located in Bloomington?
I understand the deferral term is 5 years.
I understand the interest rate is fixed at 2.06% (subject to change annually).
I understand a down payment and the first monthly payment, equal to 20% of the total fee for SAC after credits are applied, is due at the time of application.
I understand the property owner and/or business owner will be billed on a monthly basis.
I understand the property owner and/or business owner must complete an application and execute the Deferred Payment Agreement to be eligible for the program.
I understand that in the case of a business closure, the business or property owner must notify the city's Community Development Director. The City will verify the closure and future payment obligations will be waived.

I understand that SAC credits are non transferable.
