CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK COMMUNITY HEALTH & WELLNESS

The City of Bloomington is seeking a proposal for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for our new Community Health and Wellness Center Project. The selected firm will work with our Community Health and Wellness Center Project Team which will be comprised of City staff and stakeholders, a Feasibility Consultant, an Owners Representative, and an Architectural/Engineering (AE) firm to provide construction manager at risk services for a new ground up facility at 9801 Penn Ave. Bloomington MN.
