Memorial Day parade

The Bloomington Fire Department will participate in a Memorial Day parade organized by Everett McClay VFW Post 1296 and American Legion Post 550. 

The parade will begin at 94th and Lyndale and will end at the Bloomington Cemetery (10340 Lyndale Ave. S.). 

A brief memorial service will be held at the cemetery at the end of the parade with speakers from VFW Post 1296 and American Legion 550 and a trumpeter from the Kennedy Band playing taps.

Also participating in the parade: the Jefferson Cheer Team and Marching Band, the Richfield Fire Department, BTBA traveling baseball team members, Naval Sea Cadets,  Bloomington Lions Club representatives, the Knights of Columbus Honor Guard and representatives from VFW Post 1296 and American Legion Post 550.
